SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer store credits on all bikinis within 20-days from the date you received your order. This will allow you to get the proper style and size you wish. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
All sales are Final. No refunds, exchanges or store credit are eligible. Store credit codes cannot be combined with these sales.
We ask that the following requirements are met:
- Products must be untampered, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners still attached, no indication of use of deodorant/perfume and scents to be eligible for a store credit.
- Returned within 20 days of delivery we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
- Store credit codes may not be combined with discount codes of any kind.
- Store Credits will be issued for the amount you spent on your order and sent via email 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
We charge a NOK 50 fee for restocking on all return requests.
No. The shipping cost incurred for returning your bikini to Islabikini for a store credit are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
IMPORTANT: If you are attempting to return an item that you purchased during sales it will NOT process in our warehouse. All sales placed on sale are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
To start a return, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and full name for return within 14 days.
Once we receive your request we will send you our return form.
Now you will just have to print it to join your package.
IslaBikini cannot be held liable for the loss of packages being returned to us. We recommend using a registered postal service when returning and keeping a record of the tracking details.
We try our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once the product is inspected by our store and processed you will receive an email with your store credit code. Please note it takes 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse for your return to fully process.
All products purchased with a discount code of any kind are eligible for a store credits
- ISLABIKINI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered to the given destination.
- IslaBikini is not responsible for duties, taxes or import charges for international sales.
- The customer accepts full responsibility for lost or damage to these products.
- The customer is fully responsible if their order gets sent back to IslaBikini HQ and marked as unclaimed or “Unrecognized Address”. We do not offer free shipping back to the customer under any circumstances.
- We charge a restocking fee on all processed orders including orders that are requesting to be cancelled.
- If a bikini that does not meet our return requirements above is returned to our warehouse IslaBikini is not responsible for shipping costs back to the customer.
- IslaBikini is not responsible for sending a replacement for your defected bikini.
- IslaBikini does not issue a refund or store credit for a defected item. We do not re-ship defected bikinis.
Gift cards are not eligible for a store credit
All bikinis won in a giveaway are not eligible for returns, store credits or exchanges.
A store credit code or any other discount codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon code can be used at a time.
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

- Express shipping does not speed up order processing time but does get your swim to you quicker
- For Norwegian customers: The shipping time is 2-4 days with POSTEN
